/ Data Management Procedural Outlines

  • Determination of modules to be employed for each;
  • Determination of doctors' notes, nurses' notes, clerical notes, pharmacy notes, technician notes;
  • ICC staff and client Department Heads to review content that already exists in ICC Clinical Tools to determine what can be used;
  • Hard copies of all content must be provided by the client in order to create the content and build templates;
  • Chart notes entry begins;
  • Once templates are complete, a follow up meeting should be scheduled with client for review and to make additional modifications;
  • Letters can ONLY be produced from a template. If letters are requested, a final version of the template must be approved before starting the letter-making process.
  • All drug orders must be approved and entered by a Pharmacist or other qualified specialist;
  • All lab and image orders must be approved and entered by a qualified specialist;
  • Any ordersets must be submitted;
  • Users on site must schedule availability to review and test all content with Implementation staff.
