/ Hands-On Training

Hands-on training begins 4-6 weeks before Go-live, to ensure maximum comfort level among caregivers and staff.

Everyday during the training period, a 2-4 hour window is open for "free time" training. Users come in and practice with the system and ask questions. This helps users gain practical experience and become quickly familiarized with the system.

During training, 'super-users' are identified from among hospital staff, and special training sessions are scheduled. They will assist the ICC implementation team and all users during Go-live, and thereafter.
