Each patient record is updated in real time with laboratory and nursing input so that the most current information is always at hand.

Charts can never be misplaced, and all members of the surgical team have concurrent access to the same information. Surgery data, including orders and post op prescriptions, are captured on site in the OR while the operation is in progress.

Patient information is available in the O.R. and continuity of care is assured from admission right through to the recovery room and convalescence. At all times, the surgeon’s prescriptions are transmitted directly to the MAR and care plan as well as to the hospital pharmacy.
