/ Interface

Below is a list of programs that interface with ICC Clinical Tools, in the event that a client site is employing non-ICC technology for the following functions:

• Scheduling
• Lab results
• Drug order
• Transcription
• Pharmacy

• All programs to be interfaced with ICC Tools must be HL7 compatible
• An ICC Tools Interface Specialist will review site specifications

If you wish to use an existing program that is not yet interfaced with ICC Tools, some extra time will be scheduled for the interface work to be completed. This is usually accomplished within 2 weeks, will be accounted for in the Implementation Schedule.

If you wish to use a new program that is already interfaced with ICC Tools, this can be accomplished with almost no delay.

Additional interfaces that were not scheduled during the Preliminary Phase must be accomplished at this time. Depending on the nature of the request, this may take 1-2 weeks. We regularly experience additional requests of this nature, and encourage our clients to take full advantage of our interfacing services.
