• Number of users to determine
• Workstation specifications - Portable machines, wall mounts, tablets, other.
• Server room - Logistics for servers, back-up server, network
• Printers and scanners - amount and location
• Remote Access
• Suggest existing programs already interfaced with ICC Tools if none exist on site
• Coordinate preliminary meetings with representatives from all departments and data manager, review all existing content in ICC Tools and begin gathering all documentation to be created.

Don't forget that ICC allows you to leverage your existing software investments. During the preliminary agenda, we will determine together which existing programs (i.e. scheduling, drug order, lab, etc.) are to be interfaced with ICC Clinical Tools
